Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Superior, CO so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please give us 48 hours notice, so that we can offer your reserved time for treatment to another patient.

Insurance and Billing
We estimate your insurance benefits based on the information we have about your insurance, which may not be complete or accurate, in order to estimate your portion due on the date of service. This is not a guarantee of payment from your insurance company.

As a courtesy we will submit your insurance claims to your insurance company. Your portion of the procedure is due on the date of service. Any remaining balance after insurance payment is your responsibility regardless of our estimate. We accept checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or CareCredit.

We Recycle
We consider ourselves a "Green Office" - we take pride in recycling approximately 48 cubic feet of recyclable materials per month, including cardboard, office paper, magazines, etc.
